Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AccessScan (the “Service”), operated by CU d.o.o.. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
AccessScan provides automated website accessibility scanning and related tools and content. The free tools let you scan a web page and generate an accessibility statement. A paid “Pro” subscription adds further features.
2. No guarantee of compliance
The Service performs automated checks that detect a subset of accessibility issues. A passing result does not mean your website is fully accessible or legally compliant with WCAG, the European Accessibility Act, EN 301 549, the ADA, or any other standard or law. The Service is provided for informational purposes and is not legal advice. You remain responsible for your website’s compliance.
3. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
- Pro is billed monthly in advance at the price shown at checkout, via our payment processor (Stripe).
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.
- We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: scanning sites you are not authorised to test in a way that violates their terms or the law, attempting to overload or disrupt the Service, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We apply rate limits and may suspend abusive use.
5. Availability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify or discontinue features at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CU d.o.o. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on automated scan results. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
