Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AccessScan, operated by CU d.o.o. (the “data controller”), handles personal data. We aim to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

  • Scans: when you scan a URL, we fetch and analyse that page in real time. We do not store the pages you scan or the scan results on our servers.
  • Waitlist / contact: if you submit an email, we store it to contact you about the product.
  • Analytics: we use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand usage. We do not sell personal data.
  • Payments: if you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and billing details necessary to provide the service; card details are handled by Stripe, not us.

Why we process it

To provide and improve the Service, to communicate with you about it, and to take payment for paid plans. Our legal bases are performance of a contract (paid plans), legitimate interests (running and improving the Service), and consent (where you opt in, e.g. the waitlist).

Processors we use

  • Vercel — hosting and analytics.
  • Stripe — payment processing.

Retention

We keep waitlist and customer data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete it.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@accessscan.app. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in Slovenia, the Information Commissioner / Informacijski pooblaščenec).
